Documentation
First of all, you should install recommended plugins. Because one of these is theme option plugin, other is custom field.
Add Contact Form
Download Contact Form 7 plugin on repository at first, go to Contact > Contact Forms > copy shortcode and paste the shortcode to page that you create.
Add Slider
DashBoard > Posts > Add new > You will see custom field for slider options below the text editor. Slider appears only blog page. So you can use this slider options for blog posts.
